Effective commissioning is critical. SteriTech provides a full service for newly supplied or modified machines.

  1.  Guidance on offloading, unpacking, tracking in to position, levelling
  2.  Re-fitting of machine components removed during installation.
  3.  Assessment of machine installation, utility connections etc.
  4.  Machine integrity and drawing checks.
  5.  Machine start-up and safety checks.
  6.  Critical instrument calibration.
  7.  Process operation checks including setting of adjustable devices to ensure correct functionality.

-      Final visual check of filters, valves, pipe seals etc following commissioning.

  1.  Recording of machine parameters and printouts of operational cycles following commissioning checks.

The result is a machine that is fully functional, safe and ready for validation.  A commissioning report details the work completed, including any further actions if applicable.

Our policy is to train our local technical staff to the standard needed to perform commissioning – they have a long term interest in the work being done to a high standard, a strong sense of ‘ownership’ thereafter.

We supply all necessary test equipment for critical instrument calibration as part of commissioning.
