GMP Ultra-Washers

Fedegari ultra-washers open up new options for pharmaceutical and bio-processing washing – and offer process capabilities far in advance of any other washers available. All are built to full cGMP standards with GAMP compliant control systems. Each washer is customised for the specific project:

1.  Wash cycles are fully configurable to meet the needs of the load and the contamination presented. As well as the conventional pre-rinse/detergent wash/ post-rinse/ final WFI rinse/drying/ cooling/ these units offer:
1.   Steam flushing
2.   Superheated water spray up to 123⁰C
3.   Vacuum drying without the headaches of ducting away large volumes of humid air.
2.   Utility demands are lower than conventional washers.
3.   Load carriers are specifically designed for the  items to be treated, with load rotation where useful
4.   Fascia dimensions and detailing are matched to the installation.
5.   Standard chamber sizes up to 1m3, custom sizes include pit-mounted versions
