SteriTech have purchased new purpose-equipped premises.  As well as new offices for SteriTech, the building will also house a new Fedegari Technical Centre, to support testing, validation and training activities.

SteriTech Ltd. announce a restructuring of its shareholdings, to initiate a buy-out from the founders by the established management team. Fedegari SpA have also made a significant investment in the business.
