SteriTech appoints a specialist Project Engineer to oversee each significant new installation. This engineer provides a single point contact for the customer throughout the manufacturing and testing stages of a project.  This includes liaison and support between client and manufacturer on technical, design and commercial issues and expediting to ensure timely completion of milestones. As part of this service SteriTech generates validation protocols for customer pre-approval, specific to the project in hand.

Once the equipment reaches site we support initial installation, then provide full services for commissioning, calibration, validation, operator and technical training.

We have a dedicated team of commissioning engineers, seasoned technicians who are factory trained at our manufacturers’ facilities in Italy.
