We have teams of fully trained Field Service Engineers strategically placed throughout the UK and in Ireland to ensure the best response times for our clients. They have good access to backup from the manufacturers own technical staff.
We routinely provide Preventative Maintenance Servicing and Technical Assistance to more than 30 different blue chip pharmaceutical companies with over one hundred units throughout the UK and Ireland.

In addition to our Field Service activities we operate a free of charge technical help desk for our contract clients, open office hours Monday – Friday.  Our help desk engineers are well trained in all aspects of the equipment from maintenance issues to process cycle development.
