Build standards. Optimal thermal efficiencies are achieved by the use of very high numbers of thin bore heat exchanger tubes, rather than the cheaper option of fewer large bore tubes. All pressure vessels, heat exchangers and pipework are manufactured by Stilmas, achieving good control over quality standards. Stilmas plant is engineered to a standard rather than down to a price.
Validation. All units are built to uncompromised cGMP standards. Documentation and validation services are managed by a separate, specialist function so ensuring conformance to all relevant standards.
