There is always a need to be ready to respond rapidly and effectively in case a fault occurs. We prepare for every eventuality, offering rapid response for critical production equipment.

SteriTech’s field operations engineers are trained in all aspects of fault finding and correction, whether the problem is mechanical, pneumatic, electrical or process control. Where possible, attendance is from the local engineer already familiar with the site. Where this would not be timely enough we can draw on technical staff from elsewhere in our team confident that our methods are disciplined enough to make that fully effective. We also have good access to our manufacturers’ own technical staff.
